Refund Policy
Cancellation Deadline: October 19, 2025
Cancellation Fee: 95 SAR (non-refundable)
Refunds will only be provided if cancellation is made in writing before the deadline.
No refunds will be issued after this date.
However, if circumstances beyond our control occur — including but not limited to: Any situation that makes it illegal or impossible for Vascular Art, its organizing committee, or the venue to hold the conference — a full refund will be issued.
