Conference Details:
Dates: October 26th - October 29th, 2023
Venue: Ritz Carlton
We are delighted to inform you that your accommodation has been arranged at the prestigious Intercontinental Hotel Jeddah, renowned as one of the finest 5-star establishments within the esteemed IHG group globally.
Logistics:
Transportation: A shuttle bus service will be available at the backdoor of the hotel. Additionally, a coaster service will run twice daily during lunchtime, ensuring seamless travel to and from the Ritz Carlton venue.
Accommodation: Your stay, inclusive of breakfast for one person, has been thoughtfully provided for by the Conference Organizing Committee. Additional guests will incur a nominal charge.
Check-in/Check-out: You are welcome to check in on October 26th, 2023, and check out by October 29th, 2023. Should your schedule require it, late check-out until 6 pm is available in certain situations.
Gala Dinner: An exquisite Honorary Gala Dinner will be hosted on Saturday, October 29th, 2023, at the opulent Intercontinental Hotel.
Main Bus at the Fischer Market door 13.30 Friday 27th
Coaster will follow for late after 30 min
Bus at Fischer Market to be ready 7.15 am Saturday and Sunday
To be ready 16.30 pm Saturday and Sunday at ritz Carlton for pickup back
Registration:
The registration desk will be open at the Intercontinental Hotel's main lobby in the morning. Additionally, a registration station will be set up at the main venue for your convenience. Please be sure to collect your ID, program details, and a special giveaway.
Airport Transportation:
Rest assured, airport drop-off has been meticulously arranged to align with the timing of your flight. Should you require any adjustments or have concerns, kindly contact the Organizing Committee.
