Participation Terms & Conditions


These terms apply to all individuals registering for Vascular Art, including participants, speakers, and exhibitors.

  1. Registration & Confirmation
  • All participants must register online through the official Vascular Art website.
  • Registration becomes binding once payment is received and confirmed.
  • A confirmation email and receipt will be sent upon successful registration.
  1. Fees & Payment
  • Registration fees are listed on the official website and include access to the scientific sessions, exhibition area, and program materials.
  • Payment must be made by credit/debit card or other available online methods.
  • Participants are responsible for any applicable bank or transaction fees.
  • Unpaid registrations will be cancelled after 7 days.
  1. Cancellations & Changes
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: info@vascularart.com
  • Refund policy:
    • Full refund minus 150 SAR before [1st November 2025].
    • 50% refund until [15th of November 2025].
    • No refund after [28th November 2025].
  • Name substitutions are allowed for a 150 SAR handling fee.
  • No refund for no-shows or partial attendance.
  1. On-site Access
  • A badge is required at all times to access the venue.
  • QR codes and identification may be required for badge pickup.
  • Lost badges can be reprinted for a fee of 100 SAR.
  1. Poster & Speaker Responsibility
  • All submitted content must be original and not infringe on third-party rights.
  • Presenters are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their submissions.
  • Content may be recorded and used by the organizer for educational and promotional purposes.
  1. Photography & Media Use
  • Photos and videos will be taken during the event.
  • By attending, you consent to the use of your image for Vascular Art-related promotions unless you notify the organizer in writing at registration.
  1. Conduct & Promotion
  • Only official sponsors may distribute promotional material during the event.
  • Unauthorized promotion or solicitation is not permitted.
  1. Liability
  • The organizer is not responsible for losses or damages caused by unforeseen events (e.g., travel issues).
  • Liability is limited to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Participation in workshops or live cases is at the participant’s own risk.
  1. Data Privacy
  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Certain details (name, country, specialty, institution) may be shared with partners only if you consent during registration.
